Crown Isle is a community of more than just custom and semi-custom homes built by great builders. It is a community of professionals, many of whom live here and some of whom commute to this area from outside. There, are of course, a variety of family demographics in this growing part of East Courtenay but people over 50 occupy a significant number of the homes. Many have chosen this as their area to retire to and to enjoy everything that the Comox Valley has to offer.
Come for a visit and take a look around to see why so many people are choosing to relocate and live here. The streets are wide with sidewalks on both sides of most of them. People can be seen walking around from early morning to later at night with fiends and while walking their family pets. The street lamps, posts and signs are also upscale and they add an air of elegance to local roads.
The elegance of many of the homes in Crown Isle is enhanced by beautiful landscaping and that looks professionally done. Creations are unique to many of the homes to make them stand out from each other. All types of deciduous and conifer trees adorn lawns along with even palm trees. So do many different varieties of annual and perennial flowers. Lawns are manicured and kept for most of the year while weather allows. Our rainy season often starts in the November time frame and runs to the February and March time frames but there are breaks in between the start and end points.
The outside colours of the houses are tastefully chosen in accordance with Crown Isle home standards. Many different pastel colours can be observed while driving and walking around. While rancher style homes predominate, there are variances. Outside most of the new homes have tile roofs and Hardie Board siding along with brick accents. What sets homes apart most, however, is what is inside. Open concept floor plans, modern kitchens with pantry areas, large bright great rooms and elegant dining areas are fairly common. So too are elegant master bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. Aside from main floor living spaces in many homes, there are numerous other bonus or specialty rooms such as home theatre rooms.
Crown Isle is much more than the golf course that rests in the central area. It is about a lifestyle that is hard to beat in an area of the country with a great moderate climate, fantastic scenery and friendly people. Take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city and drop by to see everything this high end homes community has to offer and you just may be tempted to invest for your future.
